Rosa Ruales, MC., LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor Bilingual Therapist (English/Spanish)
Rosa Ruales is a Licensed Professional Counselor working with child, adolescent, individual and family therapy in English and Spanish. She creates a safe and compassionate environment in which self-understanding and self-empowerment are explored and promoted to create healthier, sustainable, and greatly fulfilling change. She is trained in the use of Sand Therapy and play therapy.  Ms. Ruales has been trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling (level 3) and hypnotherapy. .

Dianna Isles, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Dianna has experience working with individuals of all ages experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and interpersonal issues, values that every client is an individual with unique circumstances, and strives to meet them where they are. Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on empowering the individual. Dianna believes that the most essential component to client growth and healing is a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.

Chelsey Wisehart, LAC
Licensed Associate Counselor
Chelsey is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She enjoys activities like hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending cherished time with family and friends. Chelsey is originally from the state of Nebraska where she received dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies. She graduated from ASU with a master’s degree in Counseling. She has experience helping clients heal from trauma and has worked with a wide range of individuals including adults, children, LGBTQ+ persons, groups, and more. Chelsey is a certified Trauma Support Specialist through the Arizona Trauma Institute, is trained in DBT Level 1, and is currently receiving training in Story Play indirective play therapy. Chelsey strives to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, warm, and accepting. She values learning about her clients’ background, culture, and strengths in order to help them find the answers and solutions that are right for them. Her approach is centered around the client’s experience, the therapeutic alliance, self-empowerment, and understanding. She draws from methods and techniques including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and narrative therapy

Karissa Stringfield, LMSW

Karissa currently serves as an Associate Licensed Master Social Worker. Upon completing her Masters degree in 2021 from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI), She relocated to Arizona to pursue her purpose in clinical social work. Karissia brings a wealth of knowledge in behavioral & general mental health services across an array of populations and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) Modalities. With valuable experience from his work with the Chandler Fire Department Crisis Response Team, Brandon has worked closely with individuals in traumatic situations, bringing compassion and expertise to those in their most vulnerable moments. Brandon's background also includes supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders at Aurora Behavioral Health. Through this experience, he has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of providing safe, compassionate spaces for healing and growth. His Approach Brandon believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for progress. He tailors his approach to meet each client's unique needs, focusing on helping clients uncover their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical tools to overcome barriers. Desirai Browning
Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Desirai Browning is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with both a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University. Presently, she works with couples, individuals and families with adult children. During her time as a therapist, Desirai has worked with diverse cultural groups and marginalized populations, and provides an inclusive atmosphere to the broad spectrum of adult concerns. She believes in providing holistic care for clients and focuses on all aspects of a person’s life in her therapeutic approach. As a therapist, Desirai understands the enduring stigma related to seeking treatment for mental health and is devoted to opening the doors for discussion and normalizing ‘asking for help’.


Carlee Bornhoft is a local student with a passion for helping others. She has attended multiple local Maricopa Community Colleges, Arizona State University, and now Grand Canyon University with several different psychology degrees. At the community college level she obtained a AA in psychology, at the undergrad level she obtained a BS in family and human development, and now finally at Grand Canyon University, she is in her last year of her master program in clinical mental health psychology counseling. She is eager to help adolescents, young adults, and couples with ideals such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, substance abuse, co-dependency, OCD, trauma and other life issues.
